You remember that awful day when I desperately ran toward the island to save you from being gone forever! I so sorry from your final collapse after many years of trying your best to resist the hardest winters natural disasters! That special day after our Tai-chi, my dear friend Deltra told me,'Shahrzad did you know that the city is removing the rest of the willow tree...!'. Before finishing her sentence, I was already running toward the island! The truck had already removed most of you and what was left of you was only two parts of your long branch which had been for many years on the ground. And, if I were not there at that particular moment, you had been gone forever and it is just unimaginable!

I am sure that you still remember, my firm desperate shaking voice talking to the city guys,' No, sorry, I do not let you take these two pieces, they should stay here on this island!'
-'No, Madame, you cannot stay here and we have order to take everything out of here today!'.
I pushed them to call the Urban-ism to take a decision! Such a long conversation with a lady to finally succeed to keep you in where you belonged to.
- 'Madame, this Willow tree is a very special one and has such a beautiful story. Many generations had sat down on the big branches of these two particular pieces at sunsets...sharing the most beautiful love songs..planning for a happy future while carving their names on it! Do you know this tree witnessed such magnificent unforgettable moments and all is recorded in each one of its cells that I do not believe is dead but you might! Is it possible for you to be indifferent toward the fact that when those lovers come back here to remember those special particular moments, or even a few who have kids or grand kids might want to show them this temple of love, it will be just terrible Madame! Sorry, I feel responsible about this situation and cannot let it happen! If you do not let these two pieces stay here, it will be the worst decision that the city had ever taken! Let's keep them like natural sculptor and everybody will be satisfied!'
Hopefully, she accepted it and I felt so released!
Yes, this is one of the fastest and best actions I could ever take and I am so satisfied each time I see the little new grown willow just out of one of your two branches!
