Our son Maziar-Marc invited us to his company's annual volunteer action. We were there like last year! This time Stéphane his elder brother could do better than even me! Stéphane always loved good qualities sweets and started to make his own pasteries. Bernard had to come later and did not have a tee-shirt of his size so he decided only to help instead of being 'patissier'!
We all had our tee-shirts and added our names on it. Maziar-Marc who is always thoughtful, had brought his last year Tee-shirt and so, his Tee-shirt is different and there is no name on it!I decided to take photos first from the amazing ambiance and then, very fast, I choose a few reciepies and joins our family! Everybody was working so hard while having fun! We all were compensated by finishing the end of our bowl with fingers!!!

I discovered this Community Center thanks to Telus where I will go back to cook for them as a voluntary action. Maziar-Marc will do it, too as he walked home from his office in downtown and the Community center is in between!They have a schedule for cooking and anybody can go and help\ I found it so great for the young generation because they learn also how to cook!
We had recipes and followed them. I am ususally a bit creative about cooking and tried to concentrate to make them as per recipe!

I am sure I deserve eating the number 41 marshmallow and why not also the number 42 and what about the number 43... (the rice cracker cake needed 40 marshmallows), I suppose if I eat one marshmallow per cake, it will be quite fair! This is the one that I am going to eat and right now!
